RolePlay Rules

Managaram Server Rules:

Always treat other players with respect! What happens in-character should always stay in-character! Remember that this is a game made for people to have fun, not insult each other!

Do not DM staff members unless told to. If you are randomly DMing them you risk getting blocked on discord by them.

Meta Gaming:

Using out-of-character information for in-character purposes.

Example of this is receiving a picture of a drug location on discord, going in-game and heading directly towards the location. For your character to find anything out, you have to do it IN-CHARACTER. Communicating on discord without an ear-piece on you counts as Meta Gaming as well! Recruiting in OOC also counts as Meta Gaming

Power Gaming:

Anything that won’t be possible in real life but you use in-game mechanics or commands to make it possible in-game is counted as Power Gaming, you can’t just do /me breaks the person’s neck. This is a Role Play server, not a Super Hero one.

Crashing your vehicle with high speed or rolling on your roof and continuing to drive like nothing happened is counted as Power Gaming as well.

Random Deathmatch:

Killing anyone without a proper RP reason is considered RDM. Before killing someone there has to be some sort of interaction between the parties and a specified reason for the murder before pulling the trigger.

The only situation at which killing someone without RPing is allowed if you have your own gang territory and someone comes on it. You can’t go on gang territories uninvited therefor you can get shot right away and it will not be considered RDM and Vice Versa! This is counted as KOS

Vehicle Deathmatch:

Purposely hitting someone or another vehicle with your vehicle. You are allowed to run someone over if he is in front of or behind your vehicle and pulls out a gun.

Disgusting Role Play:

Performing sexual acts. DRP is forbidden unless both parties agree to it and are in a place where other people can’t see them (apartment, forest etc.)

Unrealistic Crime Areas:

You are not allowed to commit crimes in any unrealistic area or in the middle of the street where everyone would see you, act as if it is real life!

Hitmen:

Roleplaying as a hitman is forbidden! We have a faction for hitmen and in order to be one you have to be recruited by them.

Vigilante RP:

It is allowed as long as you have a good RP reason, keep in mind you can’t kill someone without a reason and call it Vigilante RP

Game Modifications:

Any game modifications (mods, 3rd party cross-hairs etc.) will result in a permanent ban with no right to appeal it!

Character Names:

You are not allowed to have unrealistic character names or name yourself after a celebrity.

Exploiting Bugs:

Bug exploits are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban, if you find a bug make sure to report it on the forum straight away!

Interaction between your characters:

Your characters can’t know each other unless they are family related (must have the same last name)

Account access:

Your account is yours and only yours, if your friend or family member gets access to it and gets punished, the punishment will not be removed

Combat Log:

It is strictly prohibited to log out during Role-Play to avoid being killed/kidnapped/jailed or to avoid any Role-Play scenario. Logging out during an admin sit is forbidden as well. If you happen to crash take a screenshot and once you go back in the game inform the administrators about it and they will inform you where to put the screenshot.

Spam:

It is prohibited to spam, please wait 1 minute before sending the same message to avoid punishment

Abuse of /report:

Do not spam the staff with /report, they might be busy at the time you report someone, they will be with you as soon as they are free. If no administrator comes in 5 minutes you can /report again.

Healing / Using armor:

You are not allowed to use a first aid kit / med-kit / armor in unrealistic scenarios. You can’t be in a shootout and equip yourself a new armor or heal yourself whenever you get shot.

Exploiting scripts / GTA V mechanics:

It is strictly prohibited to abuse any script or GTA V mechanic, if you are caught doing so you risk getting permanently banned

Unacceptable Role-Play:

It is strictly prohibited to role-play as a faction which is not represented on the server such as terrorists, separatists, mafia, CIA etc. (RP Gangs are an exception). In order to RP as a such faction you must contact the Head Administrator, Developers or Founders and let them give you permission.

You are not allowed to drive motorbikes,low vehicles, sport vehicles, exotic vehicles and any kind of vehicle besides Off-Road or SUVs on dirt/sand/any

off-road type.

Failure to Role Play:

This is a serious RP server, we expect you to roleplay at all times, NEVER break character or you will get punished. Criminal Organizations can’t recruit or sell weapons using twitter. GTA Online driving is counted as a failure to role play.

Inappropriate Clothing Combinations:

Do not use clothing combinations which are inappropriate (having invisible arms/legs/body etc.)

You must change from the default character appearance.

AFK:

Do not be AFK for more than 10 minutes as you might not be able to respond to a RP situation

Selling IC items in OOC:

It is strictly prohibited to sell any in-game item for Real Life money or in an OOC way. There are twitter and trade chats on discord.

New Life Rule:

If you force re-spawn or the EMS can’t save you. Your character MUST forget everything and everyone that led to his death and CAN’T go back to the location where he died for 30 minutes!

Fear RP and No Fear RP:

As in real life your character MUST fear for his life and valuables at all times, if you have a gun pointed to your head don’t act like a rambo and try to kill the other person as you would never do that in real life. Fear RP is strictly forbidden!

Insults & Racism:

OOC Insults and any type of OOC Racism is strictly prohibited! You can’t roleplay as a part of the KKK or any other organization that is racism related.

Donators:

Selling any donator gift is strictly prohibited! These gifts are our appreciation to you, so please do not sell any of them to avoid being punished!

It is forbidden to impersonate EMS/Cops unless you are in the hitmen faction and have RP-ed it out!

You must have a working microphone at all times and use in-game Voice Chat!

It is strictly forbidden to rob new players!

Please use common sense for any rules that are not added here. This is a Serious Roleplay server so please act like you would in real life to ensure the maximum enjoyment for you and all other players!

Punishments:

Warnings: For the following rule-breaks a kick will be issued with a reason and a warning

RDM, VDM, Meta-Gaming, Power-Gaming, Fail to RolePlay, No Fear RolePlay, Crime in unrealistic area, Combat log, Harassment

After the first kick and warning, the second one will be a temporary BAN
